Parents ask us every week about the Academy, usually after the free evaluation: what actually happens in the Academy, and how is it different from our other programs?
A Hybrid Schedule
The goal of the Academy is to create more time and flexibility in an elite athletes Schedule. Allow them to train like a pro, really pursue their dreams, and still have time left to be a kid.
Athletes in the academy use a Hybrid School Schedule. They take a few classes online through the district, and the rest on campus. The online classes allow them to train during the morning. If your athlete homeschools, it works the same.
Our Athletes are able to train all four pillars of their athleticism, what we call the Core Four, at an elite level, and still have time after school for fun.

The Core Four
Every athlete needs to develop tactical skills, sport specific IQ, mental skills, and strength. We call these the Core Four.
Every athlete goes through an evaluation, and receives custom workouts and development plans. Each week they spend time on their own developing their own individual skills, working in groups to practice reads, study film to build their IQ, and work with professionals in the area to develop their mind and strength.
Instead of running around to 5 different trainers, they get all the training they need for each of the Core Four pillars in the Academy. Mom and Dad save time, Athletes save time, and the total out of pocket expense for all the Academy is less than you’d pay in the month for equivalent volume of training.
What A Week Looks Like?
Players train Monday-Thursday, 8-10am. Each Player receives a custom workout each week, tailored to their individual needs. They’ll spend some time one-on-one, some time in group work, and their favorite part, open runs to compete and explore their own games.

Who It’s For
The Academy is for serious ball players. Athletes with dreams of playing Varsity, College, and Pro, and Parents who want to support them anyway they can. Most our Academy Athletes are 7-9th grade, and 10-12th on custom schedules.
This year we launched our JR Academy, and are opening Soccer and Volleyball in October.
How To Start
Every academy player starts with a Free Evaluation. We put your athlete through a few simple drills, and see if it’s a good fit.
Two ways to start
Talk it through first, or come in and let us watch your athlete work. Either one is a fine place to begin.
